She girds herself with strength…

and makes her arms strong!   Proverbs 31:17

Hank, this picture is dedicated to you!

Our days with the magnificent Nutrimill are over.  Hello Country Living!  We finally dove off the deep end!  This is our next tiny step toward self -sufficiency.  After all, it is a Process Driven Life, right?

I’m finding it much easier than I thought it would be, especially when you consider the fact that the girls have done 90% of the grinding this far!  Now the poor things not only are responsible for making all the bread, but for hand grinding the wheat as well!  Since we are taking things bit by bit, they seem to enjoy each new step rather than resent it.

This welcome addition to our household should last long enough to hand down to my grandchildren.  How’s that for thinking multi-generationally!  I can hear it now,  “Grammy, can I have your grain mill when you’re gone?”
